(Review taken from Derry's Facebook Post) A great big thank you, goes out to the totally tremendously talented Mr Dave Gibb. We were treated to a cracker of a night by the irrepressible Dave Gibb. Dave, astounded us with his lightening quick super pick; Amazed us with his fantastically funny stories; Astonished us with his superb song-writing and to top it all off, he had us all rolling in the isles with laughter and singing along with great gusto, (and just a little fear). The marvellous duo Lintel, (John & Carol Hoar), provided the opening salvos. A wonderfully varied set, well thought-out and delivered with expertise and much merriment. Seriously though, it was a great night, enjoyed by all. Mega-ta to MC Chris, (Mr Chris Irving), for yet another successful foray into the totally bizarre!! |
