Mundy Turner
Gary and Gill Griffiths 24 September 2004
The evening started  with resident artists ‘Nothing To Prove’ performing four songs, and Bryn Phillips performing two songs, before the main act, Anglo-Australian duo Jay Turner and Cath Mundy came on stage.

The performance by Mundy/Turner was as good as ever from these two powerful singers, singing mostly self-penned songs. The set included many songs from a set of Jay Turner’s earlier solo recordings that have just been re-released as a boxed CD collection ‘The Garway Years’. The varied programme ranged from the excellent harmonies of ‘Little Bird’ to the lively instrumental ‘Jayology’, with their version of one traditional song ‘Banks Of The Nile’ thrown in for good measure. Altogether a very enjoyable evening.
