Nick Evans
Lou Richardson 23 January 2004
An excellent turnout for Nick Evans singer/songwriter. Started off with Have I Told You Lately sung superbly. Riversong written by Nick [a favourite of mine] went down well with the audience as did a Cathryn Craig/Dave Cousins number A Little Way Further Down The Road, a firm favourite with a good audience participation. Nick always comes over well with the audience and is a dedicated musician. This particularly came over when he sang a Sandy Denny number, Who Knows Where The Time Goes. Sue also joined Nick and they did a number called Passionate Kisses which went down well. To finish off the night, Nick did a number written by Lin his wife. The song is called Look At Us Now and has a real good feel factor to it. There were lots of other songs as well, too many to mention. All in all a great night was had by all. Thanks to all the other artists ie Mick Bisiker & Co, Nothing To Prove, Bica Band, Bryn and others. Truly A Night To Remember.........
