Hats off to Oli! Did we all have a good time? You bet-cha! Oli Jobes played and sung his heart out for us.

He visited upon us a plethora of songs and tunes from almost every genre with influences from all over the musical map of folk and beyond. Oli’s extensive skills on the guitar and vast vocal range, delivered each musical morsel in a manner that was perfectly pitched, so perfectly pitched in fact, that the audience batted each one straight back to him by joining in vigorously. Oh yes, the Woodman choir was on top-form.
It was a cracker!

Opening the evening for us was Baz & Coz, AKA Barry, and Corrine Priest. Baz was in fine voice and also played keyboards and guitar. Coz played finger-style guitar and accordion too. Together they presented a skilfully planed and well-thought-out set that was an absolute delight to listen to and join in with. Nice one!
