Hi Folks,

Just thought we would drop you a line to let you know what is happening at your Folk Club to the end of the year.

The Festive Season kicks off on 2nd December when we endure a full evening of the manic talent that is Malcolm Jeffrey. If youíve not seen Malcolm before you are in for a real treat. Malcolm draws his inspiration from Jake Thackery, Tom Lehrer and Jasper

Carrott amongst others. A Singers Night follows on 9th  December when you can give us a song if you wish   before we dive into the mayhem that is the Christmas Party on 16th December.

Once again, the invaders from Bromsgrove, Fairfield Folk, will be our guests and they will be taking part in our traditional pantomime Ė they donít know it yet but they may well be suspicious! Lynne will no doubt do us proud with a splendid buffet and there will be contributions to the evening from the resident artists and possibly a few surprises.

The New Year is a very significant one for the club as it marks our 35th Anniversary. Details of the programme for the New Year will be announced shortly.

Hope to see you soon.
